Kindly consider our new application for funding for our proposed program. Attached to this application please find our itemized budget along with all other necessary materials.

This program is entitled "Physical Activities and the Elderly" and will consist of a year-long comparison of the health and wellness of two groups of elderly subjects in relation to their degree of involvement in physical exercise and fitness activities. Anselm's Cross-Cultural Community Center (St. Anselm's CCCC). Throughout the year-long study, objective and subjective indicators of health and wellness will be compared between seniors who participate in the existing St. Anselm's CCCC fitness programs for seniors and those who participate in the same types of activities more frequently (i.e. five times per week). We believe this study will contribute valuable data to the field of senior health and wellness because most similar studies compare physically active seniors to sedentary seniors while this study will determine the optimal frequency of such activity. We look forward to you review of our application.
